Therapy for queer, trans, & neurodivergent people

Support and connection without having to explain who you are.

Gender-affirming • Neurodivergent-affirming • 7+ years experience • Portland, OR

If you’re here, you may:

  • Have complex feelings about your gender or identity.

  • Have a history of relational harm that still shapes how you think, feel, or relate.

  • Experience family dynamics that left you confused, overwhelmed, or under-supported.

  • Have big emotions or shutdown responses that you’re unsure what to do about.

  • Notice relationship stress that keeps repeating the same patterns.

  • Be a parent of a child or teen who is questioning their gender.

A cozy living room corner with a black leather armchair, a small side table, a tall green plant in a gray pot, and a large wooden bookshelf with black metal framing filled with books, plants, and decorative items. There is a wall-mounted quote that says 'inhale exhale' and a chalkboard sign. A floor lamp with a glass shade illuminates the space with warm light.

And you want:

  • To feel more grounded, regulated, and connected to yourself.

  • To communicate more clearly, especially with the people who matter most.

  • To understand your identity with confidence and compassion.

  • To have family or partner relationships that feel safer and more supportive.

  • To work with someone who really gets trauma, neurodivergence, and queer experience.

  • To support your child or teen with more clarity and certainty.

Approach to healing

I’m a Gender, Family, and Relational Trauma Therapist.

I believe healing happens in safe, boundaried, and secure relationships—especially for people who have learned to anticipate harm or rejection. I work systemically with individuals, couples, and families, with a focus on complex trauma, attachment wounds, and identity. My approach is grounded in a deconstructed queer lens and an understanding of how marginalization shapes relationships, safety, and self-trust.

Philosophy

You should never have to wonder whether your therapist cares about you or your healing. You should never have to educate your therapist to feel understood or respected. You should not feel judged, minimized, or rushed past your experiences. You should have a clear sense of what you’re working toward and why. And you should feel that your therapist is genuinely invested you.

Your story matters, and it deserves to be heard.

You don’t have to do this alone.

Connection can be restored.

There is a way through that won’t require you to abandon yourself.

You’re allowed to take your healing seriously —and to live in alignment with your truest self.

Your identity is sacred and will be honored.

Here’s a place to start when you’re ready
